Self-directed learners who prefer online courses can study at their own pace on their computer, tablet, or smartphone. Virtual classroom courses are for those that like to learn with a tutor and other participants.
COMPLETE a Course
Learn through the Online Course or Virtual Classroom, and the Study Guide. After completing a course (NAVIGATOR or CHAMPION), you will receive a link to write the one-hour multiple choice examination.
PASS the Exam
Ensure an hour is available without distractions to set yourself up for success. Complete the course exam and achieve a pass mark of at least 80% to earn your certification.

The Navigator certification provides a foundation in AI-assisted project management, while the Champion certification equips participants with the skills to lead and champion AI-human project collaboration. There are not prerequisites for the obtaining the certifications, although we recommend that learners have a basic understanding of project management fundamentals.
Learners can choose between attending virtual classroom courses on MS Teams/Zoom or opting for self-directed learning from the Study Guide and online courses.
The virtual classroom courses are run over two consecutive half days, ten hours in total. This includes the one hour to complete the online multiple choice exam. The timings are scheduled to accommodate learners in different time zones. The course covers everything you need to know to pass the course Exam.
The classroom course cover the same topics as the online course. The main difference is that participants will be able to practice skills learnt in a facilitated interactive environment. Over the two days, they will learn, practice and complete the Foundations (theory) exam.
Learners will need a
computer/laptop, access to the internet, a current email account and an account with either ChatGPT, Gemini or Copilot. In the Practitioner Exam, they will be required to connect to a virtual meeting with a computer video/camera turned on. In this regard, they would need a sufficiently stable internet connection.
