Course Overview

By the end of this course, participants should be able to:

• Confidently describe an overview of the AI-Assisted Project Management Framework (AIPMF^TM) and its elements.
• Explain the key roles and responsibilities recommended by the Framework.
• Expand on the Framework’s Principles, Core Values and Core Behaviours.  
• Facilitate ethical, efficient and effective human-AI collaboration throughout the project life cycle by honouring the Principles, Core Values and Core Behaviours.
• Understand how the difference between implanting a framework or methodology “to the letter” compared to implementing the spirit of the Framework.
• Discuss common obstacles to AI adoption in projects, and how to overcome them at the macro organisation level and at project level.
• Develop yourself as a leader by demonstrating you can champion the ethical, efficient and effective use of AI tools on projects by implementing the AI-Assisted Project Management Framework (AIPMF^TM).
