1. Introduction
Welcome to the AI-Assisted Project Management Practitioner Certification Program. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

2. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for the certification program, you accept these Terms of Use in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

3. Eligibility
To be eligible for the certification, you must be a project manager or in a related role looking to enhance your skills with AI technologies. You must complete all required training modules and exams to receive the certification.

4. Course Fees and Payment
All fees must be paid in full before accessing courses or exams.

5. Learning Methods
You can choose between virtual classroom courses or the self-directed online course. Virtual courses are conducted on MS Teams, while self-directed learners study at their own pace.

6. Examination and Certification
To obtain certification, you must pass a multiple-choice exam with a score above 79% and a 1:1 practical exam with an Examiner. Score above 79%  to pass. Upon successful completion, you will receive your certificate.

7. Intellectual Property
All course materials, including the Study Guide”AI-Assisted Project Management Practitioner” by Emanuela Giangregorio, are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from these materials without express permission.

8. Use of Course Materials
Course materials are provided for your personal use only. Unauthorized commercial use of the materials is prohibited. You agree not to share your login information or access to the course with others.

9. Code of Conduct
You agree to participate in the course and exams with integrity and professionalism. Any form of cheating, plagiarism, or other misconduct will result in immediate termination of your access and forfeiture of any fees paid.

10. Privacy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Your personal information will be used solely for the purposes of administering the certification program and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

11. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the certification program, including but not limited to loss of data or loss of income.

13. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
